Health Guarantee
Elite Maine coon Kittens Home places health first, from the earliest care routines through the day your kitten joins your family. This Health Guarantee explains what you can expect from us, what your kitten comes with, and the steps that protect your kitten during the transition into a new home. The goal is simple: a healthy start, clear records, and fair support if a serious health concern appears.
Veterinary Care and Health Records
Each kitten is examined before leaving, kept on an age appropriate deworming schedule, and receives vaccinations based on a veterinarian guided plan. You will receive all paperwork, including your kitten’s health records and any related documents provided at the time of pickup or delivery. We also provide practical guidance on feeding, litter habits, grooming, and stress reduction during the first week, since routine changes can affect appetite and digestion.
Our Guarantee Coverage
Your kitten is guaranteed to be 100% healthy at the time of departure and to the best of our knowledge free of contagious illness. If a licensed veterinarian finds a serious health issue soon after arrival, we ask that you notify us promptly and provide written veterinary documentation. Once confirmed, we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include support toward treatment or a replacement option when available. The best path depends on the diagnosis, timing, and veterinarian recommendations.
Buyer Responsibilities
A strong start at home matters. A veterinary exam should be scheduled within a short window after arrival, ideally within seventy two hours, to confirm your kitten is adjusting well. Please follow the feeding instructions provided, keep your kitten indoors, and avoid exposure to unfamiliar animals during the adjustment period. Parasites and respiratory bugs can spread easily, so quarantine from other pets is recommended for a brief period. Stress and diet changes can also cause temporary loose stool, so transitions should be gradual.
